We have taken our courses online for the time being and are offering this two hour workshop to help with day-to-day life while dealing with issues of anxiety and social distancing arising from the pandemic.
Meditation and mindfulness practice helps us to relax and develop contentment, clarity, integration, concentration, and a sense of peace. This is a great way to learn a practice that you can access anywhere.
Participants will learn the Mindfulness of Breathing, a meditation that has been practiced for thousands of years, and learn the basics of what they need to begin a regular and effective meditation practice. Suitable for complete beginners, or those looking for a refresher.
