‘Kilnerry Day’ in Portsmouth

The mayor of Portsmouth has written a proclamation renaming the town of Portsmouth, NH to Kilnerry after the film that was shot there, LOVE IN KILNERRY. He has also declared every April 9 “Kilnerry Day”. To celebrate the national theatrical release of the movie, the filmmakers are bringing the movie back to Portsmouth two weeks before the rest of the country. Four showings at the Portsmouth High School: 1pm, 3:10, 5:30, and 7:40pm. Movie Tickets (reserved seating only) are available at LIKTickets.com

There will be meet-and-greets with the cast throughout the day at various businesses, as well as merchandise for sale at the high school. Many of the businesses are changing their names to Kilnerry Brewery, Kilnerry Feed Co, Mercantile Kilnerry…

PLOT: The residents of a small town panic when the EPA announces mandatory changes to their chemical plant could cause a dramatic increase to their libido.
