The city of Dover is looking for input on 20 proposed zoning changes that would affect the downtown. The hearings are scheduled for Tuesday, June 9 and Tuesday, June 23 at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
The proposed changes include establishing the “Heritage Residential District,” a new zoning district that includes residential neighborhoods located along Silver Street, revising regulations for signs in the downtown area, and changing setback requirements in residential districts.
