Carol White is the New Castle Town Historian, even though she lives in Bellingham, WA. She gave the historical walking tours in New Castle and on Star Island. She is involved in a massive research project for the New Castle Historical Society, reading and extracting information for a new database of former residents who were marginalized and practically unknown in current genealogical databases.
