Join us for the first evening of its kind here: a night especially geared towards lovers and players of experimental and improvisational music, thoughtfully curated by one of our very own sound techs here: the ever-affable and insanely talented Brett Tiede. Brett loves the local secene with his entire soul and his vision for this program is a reflection of that passion and his desire to push and challenge sonic and stylistic boundaries. Let’s get way out there.

Skunk Jesus is a New England-based band that blends groove-heavy rhythms, psychedelic textures, and improvisational energy into a sound that’s both grounded and exploratory. The trio features Riley Stockwell on guitar, Mike Dettorre on drums, and Shon Gordon on bass—three players with deep chemistry and a shared love of pushing musical boundaries. With roots in funk and rock, their live sets fluidly move between tight arrangements and wide-open jams, always leaving space for something new.
Known for bringing in special guests, Skunk Jesus creates an ever-evolving live experience. They invite some of the region’s best players to join them on stage, improvising freely and exploring their creativity within the band’s unique framework.

Grown out of an interest in minimalism, ambient works, electroacoustic music, and improvisation, Rhegos carefully creates immersive aural environments through which the listeners imagination can freely explore. Rhegos is a New England based electro-acoustic project led by multi-instrumentalist/composer Eric Klaxton. Often a duo, instrumentation and personnel aren’t fixed providing opportunity for new collaborations and a metamorphosis of sound. Joining Klaxton will be the sonic wizard, Mike Effenberger.
