The Art Center in Dover, New Hampshire, proudly presents its premier annual exhibition, the Contemporary | Abstract Exhibition. This dynamic national showcase opens November 10 and runs through December, featuring the work of over 50 talented artists from across the country.
The exhibition celebrates the limitless possibilities of abstraction, inviting viewers to experience the diverse range of contemporary expression through a variety of media, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, sculpture, mixed media, printmaking, photography, and glasswork. Each piece reflects the artist’s unique interpretation of abstraction—blurring the lines between form, color, and emotion.
“This year’s exhibition is one of the most vibrant and engaging we’ve ever hosted,” says Art Center Director Rebecca Proctor. “The gallery is alive with color, movement, and creative energy. Every piece challenges the viewer to look deeper and feel more.”
Visitors will experience a stunning variety of visual voices—bold geometry, lyrical color fields, expressive textures, and conceptual designs that highlight the breadth of talent and imagination within the contemporary art world.
