About two-dozen downtown shops participated in the Fashion’s Night Out Portsmouth 2017 festivities on the evening of Thursday, Sept. 14, celebrating individual fashion and style on the Seacoast. Guests were treated to designer trunk shows, models, libations, paparazzi, and an after party and runway show at the Portsmouth Gas Light Co.’s upstairs nightclub.
