The annual Rainbow Symposium is a vibrant gathering dedicated to honoring and celebrating LGBTQ+ history, culture, and community. This year, the symposium centers on the theme of LGBTQ+ health, exploring the unique challenges and triumphs faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in accessing equitable and affirming healthcare. Through a dynamic panel discussion featuring healthcare professionals, advocates, and community members, the program aims to shed light on critical issues such as mental health, HIV/AIDS, transgender healthcare access, and the impact of social determinants on well-being. Attendees will gain insight into ongoing efforts to improve health outcomes and promote wellness within LGBTQ+ communities, fostering dialogue, awareness, and solidarity.
