About the Portsmouth Halloween Parade
This event is a collaboration in support of New Hampshire’s biggest Halloween parade that is brought to you by the people, for the people. The parade is NOT a city-sponsored event. It is staged by volunteers and funded solely by the community, primarily through grassroots events like this one. Thank you for your support. Thanks to Daniel Street Tavern for collaborating on this event (and for being AWESOME!!).
