Join the Rock My Soul choir and band (complete with horns!) for a spirit-soaring evening of R&B, pop, soul, and doo-wop flavored arrangements of Christmas carols and popular holiday favorites. Numbers range from high-energy, emotionally charged arrangements of familiar songs such as “Jingle Bells,” “Joy to the World,” and “O Holy Night” to the less familiar but no less inspiring “Behold That Star” and “Rise Up, Shepherd and Follow.” In contrast, introspective carols such as a Temptations arrangement of “Silent Night” and tongue-in-cheek, Eartha Kitt influenced “Santa Baby” will also be performed. A magical and uplifting night for all!
Show starts at 5 pm. Doors to fellowship hall (where refreshments are sold) open at 4 pm. Doors to concert open at 4:30 pm.
Masks are not required but are welcome according to individual preference.
