Concerts at The Stone Church

The weekend is packed with music at The Stone Church in Newmarket. Tribute band Church of Cash starts things off on Friday from 6-8 p.m. ($20). The Realizations Tour follows at 9 p.m. with electro-soul act Pi Wrecks and some guests ($15). Singer-songwriter Caroline Cotter and composer-performer Ben Cosgrove split the bill on Saturday from 7-10 p.m. ($15). The Jordan TW Trio plays Celtic tunes on Sunday from 4:30-6:30 p.m. ($20). Comedian, actor, and writer Andrew Donnelly, who has appeared on Comedy Central, “The Late Late Show,” “Archer,” “Maron,” and more, will be in Portsmouth for three sets this weekend. ‘Dearly Earned’ at Pontine Theatre

Pontine Theatre joins the Portsmouth 400 celebration with “Dearly Earned” at The Plains School from March 17-26. The original production is based on the city’s 19th century industrial history and the lives of its workers. ‘A Doll’s House, Part 2’ at STAR Theatre

Henrik Ibsen’s 1879 classic “A Doll’s House” got a sequel in 2017, and its coming to Kittery. Presented by Threshold Stage Company, Lucas Hnath’s Tony-winning comedy “A Doll’s House, Part 2” is at STAR Theatre March 17-April 2. St. Patrick’s Day at the Gas Light

The Portsmouth Gas Light Co. will celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day with some good ole fashioned blarney in its Third Floor Night Club on Friday at 8 p.m. Two deejays will keep the beat and a Jameson promo team will be on hand while guests enjoy swag giveaways, raffle prizes, and more. The Rockingham Ballroom invites you to dust off your dancing shoes and head out to Newmarket this weekend. DJ Joey C. will play Irish and British hits during a St. Patty’s Day Dance on Friday from 8-11 p.m. ($15).
