Things are a bit quieter this week in Portsmouth Harbor. The salt ship Strategic Alliance sailed from Granite State Minerals on Sunday. A tug and barge are due in tomorrow, though, and a supply ship is set to arrive on Wednesday. Get the details in the  latest installment of Port Watch.
