A tug and barge came and went over the weekend, and this morning Portsmouth’s tugs are guiding a floating crane barge from the Sarah Mildred Long Bridge to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The tanker Great Eastern is due to arrive tomorrow. Get the details below.
