The tug Bert Reinauer narrowly avoided the nor’easter Saturday, arriving in the morning before the storm hit and sailing on Sunday. Two more tug-and-barge units are expected in the next couple of days, with the bulk carrier Algoma Integrity coming later in the week. Here are the details.
