Mombo Restaurant has a new owner and executive chef. Former owners Brian and Dede Cadieux sold the restaurant, located at 66 Marcy St. in Portsmouth, to Tom Perron, who has taken over as owner and general manager. Meanwhile, sous chef Alex Thomas has been promoted to executive chef. — Larry Clow
