SUMMARY:Youth Theatre Workshop at Newmarket Millspace
DESCRIPTION:Millspace is offering a one day youth theatre workshop\, on Saturday November 29th\, for kids aged 9 to 14. \nExpect improv\, games\, and the chance to create something new in the company of other young artists! Attendees will be guided in creating original characters\, through the technique of mask-work\, in a fun\, low-pressure environment. We’ll end the day with a short showcase\, to display the newly created characters\, and all attendees will leave with a self-created mask! \nWhether you’re new to theatre\, or a Broadway Baby\, this workshop has a spot for you. This program is hosted by local actors and theatre educators\, Katherine Cusack and Leslie Pasternack.
