SUMMARY:Sunset Lighthouse Cruise from Rye
DESCRIPTION:NOTE: Due to high winds in the forecast\, the June 20 lighthouse cruise has been canceled. \nFriends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouses is offering two Sunset Lighthouses Cruises this June. \nThe cruises on June 20 and 27 will start at 7:00 p.m. and will return about 9:30 p.m. They will be aboard the M/V Granite State\, departing from Rye Harbor on Route 1A in Rye\, NH. Rye Harbor State Marina is on Route 1A in Rye\, New Hampshire. Click here for directions. \nThe cruises will pass close to Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse\, Whaleback Lighthouse\, and White Island Lighthouse in the Isles of Shoals. There will be historic narration and raffles on board with great prizes. There is a snack bar on board the vessel. \nTickets are $40 per person. \nWe ask that you plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the cruise. There is a large parking lot at the Rye Harbor State Marina\, and the State of NH charges a $5 parking fee. Look for the MV Granite State at the dock. You will be checked in as you board the vessel. \nIn the event that the cruise has to be canceled due to the weather\, we will make every effort to notify everyone as early as possible by email. A cancellation notice will also be posted on this page and on our Facebook page. If a cruise has to be canceled due to weather or sea conditions\, the purchase price will be refunded in full. Otherwise\, cruise tickets are non-refundable.
