DESCRIPTION:Spring Herbs for Clearing Winter & Ostara Celebration \nSunday March 22\, 2 – 4 pm \n*Connect with spring plant allies to invigorate the lymph & liver \n*Work with flower essences to clear the emotional body \n*Create a ritual to set intentions as we move into this new season \nWith the coming of spring\, we begin to turn to new plants to help us shed the energy of winter. After months of being indoors\, bracing ourselves against the cold and eating dense foods\, we can now embrace the lightness that is ahead. As we do\, we give thanks for the season that has passed and bless the new season before us. Ostara is the Celtic celebration of the Spring equinox\, renewal\, rebirth\, and longer days ahead. As we emerge from our winter cocoon\, we need to dust out the cobwebs! This is where the beautiful spring cleansing herbs are so powerful. \nDuring the workshop will be meeting the liver cleansers and lymph tonics that can help us move into the new season of spring. We’ll be working with flower essences to clear the mental-emotional bodies as well.
