The Rescue Run trail route here in Odiorne Point State Park features varied terrain—you’ll run through the forest, by the rocky shore, across a sandy beach, and alongside historic military fortifications—and enjoy sweeping vistas of the Gulf of Maine and Little Harbor.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed in Odiorne Point State Park. Children, age 12 and under, must be accompanied by an adult on the 5K.
Registration Fees:
Individual Participants Fees
5k Trail Race (ages 13+): $30 through April 24; $35 thereafter
5k Trail Race (ages 6-12): $20 through April 24; $205 thereafter
Team Participants Fees
Costs are per person. Teams must consist of 5 or more members who participate in the 5k.
5k Trail Race (ages 13+): $27 through April 24; $32 thereafter
5k Trail Race (ages 6-12): $18 through April 24; $23 thereafter
Kids Fun Run Fees
300-yard dash (ages 1-7) at 9:50am: $8
Half-mile run (ages 8-12) at 10am: $8
Prizes will be awarded for the fastest male and female overall times, as well as top finishers in gender and age categories and best ocean-themed costume. Every child that participates in the Fun Run wins a prize!
