Water Street Bookstore will be hosting Jeff Friedman as the featured poet for March’s Ferguson Reading Series on Wednesday, March 14th at 6:30 pm.
The Ferguson Reading Series is a monthly poetry night, featuring a reading by a local or regional poet or writer, followed by an open mic for all on the second Wednesday of each month at Water Street Bookstore. It is named in honor of poet, writer, and teacher John Ferguson, who established the series in 2008.
Jeff Friedman’s seventh book, Floating Tales — a collection of prose poems, fables, and mini tales— was published Plume Editions/MadHat Press in fall 2017. He has published six previous poetry collections. He has taught at Keene State College for many years. A contributing editor to Natural Bridge, Friedman lives in West Lebanon, New Hampshire with the artist Colleen Randall and their dog Ruby.
This event is free and open to the public. Please call (603) 778-9731 or visit waterstreetbooks.com for more information.
