The Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run (peacerun.org), history’s largest peace torch relay, will be inPortsmouth on Saturday, June 11th around 12:30pm. The Peace Run will cover 71 miles on the 11th running from Portland to Seabrook, N.H., on Route 1, passing the Peace Torch along the way.
The international team is from six different countries and will be on the road for two months to promote peace, harmony and friendship. Along the route they meet with schools and youth organizations to share the message of peace and to pass the Torch.
