DESCRIPTION:Join us under the light of the full moon for a Mindfulness Night Walk. This one-hour walk will connect you with the nocturnal world under the starry skies of Kensington – a rural town noted for the absence of street lights. Kaitlin Muller-Cusack of Taking Root Education (https://www.takingrooteducation.com/) will take you through the fields and forest of Crows’ Feat Farm\, where you will experience the sights and sounds of the natural world as twilight moves into darkness. We will alternate periods of silence and conversation\, as we share this special experience. \nThe walk will start at 8pm at 180 Drinkwater Rd in Kensington.
