Every year on January 1st, we gather at Aryaloka to meditate and reflect on peace, setting the tone for the year ahead. The past few years we have done so on Zoom, due to the pandemic. This year, we are returning to an in-person gathering, with a Zoom option for those who can’t attend in-person.
You don’t have to be a Buddhist to participate — all are welcome! Meditation sessions begin every hour on the hour. There will be a short break between every sit allowing for snacks, rehydration, stretching etc. Participants may attend all or some of the day as they see fit. Please feel free to bring snacks to share.
