From campfire crackle to vintage tube breakup, “Ferris Wheelin” dishes out folk rock in 13 flavors.Jonathan Blakeslee wrote all songs, played guitar and bass, co-mixed and produced the album with Marc McElroy. Marc played bass, piano, organ and drums. Jim Rioux, drums. Chris Klaxton, trumpet.“Ferris Wheelin” will be released on vinyl pressed at Burlington Record Plant in Vermont.
Elroy is an original rock band featuring Marc McElroy on vocals, guitar, piano, and organ, Charlie Kickham on guitar, Brian Coleman on bass and Adam Doiron on drums. The band was formed in the summer of 2001, and has been serving up authentic rock n’ roll for nearly 20 years in the vein of Wilco, Elvis Costello and Paul Weller. With three albums under their belt, Elroy is putting final touches on what will be their first vinyl record, due for release in late 2018.
