Join us in a celebration of the Return of Spring! Families and friends of all ages and traditions welcome. Crafts, potluck, music, and merriment abound as we gather around the Imbolc altar!
Imbolc is a festival of Fire, Light, the end of Winter, and the Celtic Goddess Brighid, patron of healing, hearth, fire, and creativity, and protector of poets, bards, healers, and magicians!
We’ll learn stories and songs to let go of Winter and welcome in the Spring, get our hands dirty planting our very own Seeds of Intention to take home, and make Brigid’s Crosses to take home and hang in your doorway for good luck. Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30, please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early to settle in. Bring a potluck dish to share (please label with ingredients), and something special to place on the altar that symbolizes Spring to you (you will take this home at the end of the night).
A note on Ceremony Protocol: We take part in these special times to refocus our energy and connection with the rhythms of Nature. While in ceremony, all electronics should be put away, with phones on silent/off. Side conversations are discouraged. If you or your kiddo must leave the Circle, please do so quietly and return quietly when you’re ready.
Cost: $20-$60 per person/family sliding scale. No one turned away for lack of funds.
