TICKETS & RESERVATIONS: Advance tickets are $15/ $10 students (+ME sales tax), kids 8 & under free. Day of show: $20 adult/ $10 student. Available at www.seacoastguitar.org, by phone: 207-363-1886 or at the door or at church office in York until 2pm Friday 12/7.) Doors open at 6:15pm. General admission.

DETAILS: The lovely and historic First Parish Church towers above the whole town, and is easy to find by looking up for the steeple. It has full handicap access, and there is ample free parking nearby. We don’t cancel this concert in the event of modest snow, and we apologize if this is a problem.

About Harvey Reid & Joyce Andersen: This will be Reid and Andersen’s 11th York Holiday concert. They will combine their voices and instruments in this unique and popular Holiday concert, with a program of instrumental and vocal arrangements of Holiday and seasonal music old and new. They will be joined on a few songs by their boys. TheirChristmas Morning CD has won lavish praise everywhere.

Reid is a former national acoustic guitar and autoharp champion who is one of the Seacoast’s best-known musicians. He has released 32 highly-acclaimed recordings of acoustic music, and his best-selling CD is his Christmas album “The Heart of the Minstrel on Christmas Day.” Guitar Player Magazine called him “… a giant of the steel strings” and Acoustic Guitar Magazine: “…one of the true treasures of American acoustic music.” Andersen is a rising star in the acoustic music world who is working on her 6th solo CD.
