On the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day, we shall look at the wars that lie deep within us and generate the energy of peace. Remembering the victims of all wars, recollecting our common humanity, our search for inner peace and happiness, allows us to pave the way for peace around us.
Join us for this Fall Day of Mindfulness, to generate the energy of freedom and love through meditation, learning to release and let go, practicing connecting and forgiveness for self and other.
