Whether you want to start a blog, collect family recipes, write a cookbook, or hone your skills as a food writer for print or on-line journalism, this is your workshop.
We will spend the day writing, reading, giving constructive, supportive feedback and reviewing examples of great food writing. Kathy will cook a simple dish live to teach the intricacies of recipe writing. For beginners as well as more advanced food writers.
