Her popular watercolor flower workshops are highly anticipated each summer. \nWild Loose Wildflowers is a fun\, happy class for artists of all levels. Dustan moves easily between absolute beginners and experienced watercolorists looking to increase their skills. Techniques include wet into wet\, glazing and calligraphic details all in watercolor. Dustan demonstrates step by step instructions and her classes are supportive and encouraging. \nRequired Materials:\n– Please bring a lunch to class with you.\n– 140lb Arches cold press watercolor paper\, 11×15″ or larger. Strathmore will not give you the effects that you are looking for.\n– Hard board to tape your paper to.\n– Assorted watercolor brushes including large soft brush and several small rounds.\n– Plastic watercolor paint palette.\n– Two plastic water cups.\n– Masking tape.\n– Pencil.\n– Watercolor paints: cadmium light yellow\, rose red\, cobalt blue (hue)\, viridian green (hue).\, other colors of your choice. Dustan suggests Winsor & Newton student grade or professional grade paints.\n– Paper towels.\n– Spray bottle.
