On Wednesday, July 17th at 6:30 PM come to the Lane Memorial Library for a ‘Creative Feast’ lecture and demonstration. Chef Liz Barbour will show how easy it is to prepare healthy meals in only 15 minutes! We all want to eat well but our busy schedules often keep us from taking the time to cook healthy meals. Understanding what ingredients to have in your refrigerator, pantry, and freezer is key to whipping up a fast, healthy, and delicious meal. Enjoy a cooking demonstration of 2 recipes and samples for all to taste. Meets in the Lane Room. Limit of 35 participants for the cooking session, registration by Friday, July 12th. Contact the front desk at 926-3368 or stop by to be added to our sign-up sheet.
