On January 21, we will host our third cooking class in our winter series at Tuscan Market in Downtown Portsmouth!
At this event, you’ll learn the technique behind making homemade cappellacci. A signature offering in the Ferrara region of Italy, they are often referred to as “hats” given their shape which can be filled with anything from aged cheeses to meats and vegetables.
After a prosecco toast to start the class, roll up your sleeves to make a butternut squash version of the classic. After creating the perfect pasta, enjoy the fruits of your labor with optional wine pairings.
