A Different Engine w/Bad Neighbors at WSCA

Button Factory Stage
909 Islington St
Portsmouth, NH 03801

Through the course of two acclaimed albums and with a third in the works, Seacoast originals A Different Engine have been featured as a Homegrown artist on Boston’s 92.5 FM The River and named a “band of the year” by The Edge magazine, all while championing the cause for an infectiously contemporary update of ’90s-inspired indie-rock and power-pop. Their Button Factory set delivers addictive melodies backed by jagged guitars, burbling synths, and driving rhythms, guaranteeing a rousing live-music experience. To open, Portsmouth natives Bad Neighbors bring a set of compelling and tuneful original rock from their forthcoming debut album.

WSCA and the Button Factory Stage are bringing back live music, but we’re doing so very slowly and with major precautions. We know COVID is still prevalent, therefore we require proof of vaccine and a valid government-issued photo ID to enter any live music events held at the Button Factory Stage. Until further notice, masks will be required and our capacity will be capped at 45 attendees per event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you and members of your party will adhere to all COVID-related requirements to attend the event and to act like a civilized human being.

The Button Factory Stage does not have a bar or restaurant. However, guests 21 years of age and older may bring a small quantity of beer, wine, or similar to responsibly consume while enjoying the show. No liquor, please. We encourage you to enjoy nearby restaurants before the show. Loaded Question Brewing is our neighbor and just around the corner.
