The Music Hall is proud to present its 27th Annual Kitchen Tour, this year returning to Portsmouth’s walking-friendly Little Harbor neighborhood, boasting newly renovated kitchens on every block. A perfect get-together for Mother’s Day weekend, this is the tour for people considering a renovation project or for those just curious about the area’s top kitchen designs and trends. See how local turn-of-the century abodes have been renovated to showcase dream kitchens of all shapes and sizes. Be inspired by contemporary and classic styles created by the Seacoast’s top designers and builders. If you are looking to turn your own kitchen goals into reality, the craftsmen, artisans, designers, and architects involved will be on-site throughout the day of the tour to help you with design questions and inspiration.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR
The Kitchen Tour is a walking tour that happens rain or shine! Pack a jacket, bring an umbrella, and don’t forget the sunscreen.
PARKING – LITTLE HARBOUR SCHOOL
Please note, parking is not available at any of the homes being featured on the tour however the parking lot at Little Harbour School (located at 50 Clough Drive ) is available on a first come, first served basis for ticket holders. Guests may also park in public parking areas and streets as detailed at ParkPortsmouth.com.
DAY OF TICKET PURCHASES & RESTROOMS
Be sure to visit The Music Hall’s B2W Box Office at the Historic Theater at 28 Chestnut St. where you can purchase and pick up will-call tickets, grab a tour map, and use The Music Hall’s award winning restrooms. Facilities are also available along the tour route at The Little Harbour School (50 Clough Drive) as indicated on the tour map. Tickets cannot be purchased or picked up at any of the homes on the day of the tour.
START THE TOUR
This walking tour of hand-selected homes in the heart of Portsmouth will showcase charmingly revived historic and modern homes. Homes do not need to be toured in order – as long as you have your ticket, feel free to start the tour at any home on the map.
Photography inside the homes is prohibited; fortunately, every guest on the Tour will receive a souvenir Guide Book with photographs, home details, and space to record your notes.

Please be aware that this is a walking tour exclusively, with no access to elevators and/or ramps.
