The Eighteenth Annual Chamber Music & Chocolate Festival, hosted by the Portsmouth Performing Arts Department and Parents Music Club and dubbed “Sweet Sound of Music” takes place Thursday February 15th (snow date 2/16) at the Portsmouth Middle School John Stokel Commons at 6PM.
This annual event features exquisitely decadent chocolate desserts donated by local restaurants, parents and student bakers and features vocal and instrumental performances by Portsmouth students including members of the PHS Band, percussion ensemble and choir.
Tickets, available at $5.50 in advance or $7.00 at the door, allow guests to enjoy their choice of three different gourmet, chocolate desserts of their choosing.
Mark your calendar for “Sweet Sound of Music” Thursday, February 15th from 6:00pm to 8:30PM. A snow date of February 16th has been set. Order tickets online at www.cparts.org . Don’t forget to print the receipt and bring it with you on the night of the event along with your ID.
