Time is running out for Portsmouth residents to comment on how the city’s West End neighborhood will look in the future. The public comment period on a “preliminary vision plan” to bring character-based zoning ordinances to the neighborhood ends on May 1.
A copy of the plan and other documents from a design charette held in February are available online at planportsmouth.com. Comments can be emailed to planning@cityofportsmouth.com or made by phone by calling the Planning Department at 603-310-7216. — Larry Clow
