Leddy Center for the Performing Arts The Leddy Center's pride and joy is an arena-style (3/4-round) theater on the second floor of the 150+ year old Leddy Brothers building on Main Street in downtown Epping, NH. Once a movie theater, with all the seats facing a screen on the east wall, it was abandoned for over 10 years before it was acquired by the Gustavsons and offered for Leddy Center's use.
