The Harbour Trail passes more than 70 points of scenic and historic significance in Portsmouth, N.H.

Along the way are 10 buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings, 10 National Historic Landmarks, and three homes maintained by the Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities. These pages present some of the highlights.

Harbour Trail Tours 2012:
Tours for 2012 begin June 28 and continue through Oct. 8 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. All tours leave from the Market Square kiosk at 10:30 a.m.. Private walking tours can be arranged by calling the Harbour Trail office at (603) 610-5518. A minimum of four (4) persons are required, and arrangements must be made 24 hours in advance.

Rates for the 2012 season are: Adults, $12, seniors, $10, Students, (5 years to 14 years), $8. Children under 5 are free of charge.
