Parking
Parking in downtown Portsmouth is 75 cents per hour in both the public parking garage and at metered spaces on the street.
Metered spaces are free after 7 p.m. and before 9 a.m. and all-day Sunday. The parking garage is located within walking distance of all downtown attractions.
Free parking is available a short walk from downtown. April through October, free trolley rides are available downtown. Parking Clerk's office is located at City Hall, 1 Junkins Ave., (603) 610 7229.
